This website is provided by Gentle Rev. The company name is Viveca Fallenius AB, company registration number 559215-2663 having its address at Birger Jarlsgatan 93b, 113 56 Stockholm, Sweden.
WHAT WE DO
We provide a range of services including yoga, meditation, legal advice, legal design, design thinking, inspirational talks and more. The offer will vary with time. The services are regulated by these terms and conditions.
WE CAN CHANGE THESE TERMS
Gentle Rev may change these terms and conditions from time to time.
Gentle Rev reserves the right to change or cancel its services at any time without notice. Gentle Rev also reserves the right to suspend any person from its services without notice and without reason.
WHAT LAW APPLIES?
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish laws, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm as the first instance, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
INFO FOR YOGA EVENTS
You are advised to bring your own yoga mat. There is occasionally a possibility to purchase or borrow a yoga mat at the premises but Gentle Rev cannot guarantee that.
It is advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class or event starts. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.
Please make sure you keep your belongings in a safe place during a class or event. Neither Gentle Rev, nor its partners, instructors and employees are responsible for loss or damage to participants' personal belongings.
Gentle Rev reserves the right to change the schedule, including cancellation of individual classes and change of instructor without notice.
Participants are requested to wear clean and appropriate clothing.
BOOKING & PAYMENT FOR YOGA
Book the weekly yoga classes and events by contacting Gentle Rev at viveca[at]gentlerev.com. It is okay to cancel a class at least 5 hours in advance. If you cancel later than that, you will still be charged.
Payment by Swish at the door is accepted. It is possible to purchase a 10 clip card. Neither class payment nor 10 clip cards are not refunded. It is also possible to receive an invoice. The 10 clip cards are valid 6 months.

YOGA - IT'S YOUR BODY & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Yoga is all about listening to your own body. You know best. All yoga practice at Gentle Rev takes place under your own responsibility and at your own risk. Neither Gentle Rev, nor its instructors or partners, are liable for any damages or injuries occurring during or in relation to a yoga class or event.
It is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that the classes or events you attend are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.
